  • How do I place an order on Baln East Universal?

  • How can I track my shipment?
    After your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.   • What is your shipping policy?
    Baln East Universal offers worldwide shipping with multiple shipping options available at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected. We strive to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.   • What is your return policy?
    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Baln East Universal. If you are not completely happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or underwear. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or the wrong item was shipped.
  • What is Baln East Universal's Refund Policy?
    At Baln East Universal, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy for all products purchased on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • I have a problem with my return
    To ensure fast and accurate processing please fill out the Contact Form before sending back your return. Orders sent without following this process will be delayed and may cause crediting issues.

  • There's a Charge on my Credit Card I don't recognize
    If you did not make a purchase from us and/or don't recognize a charge from BALN EAST UNIVERSAL we will need you to contact us immediately so that we can look into this matter and get it resolved!!
  • My card declined
    If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to completed you purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card or another form of payment prior to completing your purchase.
